Our selection ranges from rustic, aromatic, and organic sourdough bread, and our intensely flavored organic rye bread, to delicious hand-rolled sourdough pastries filled with marzipan. We also offer buttered rolls with cheese, pizza sandwiches, refreshing drinks, and organic coffee to-go. All our breads and pastries are stone-baked and made from organic flours sourced from Bornholms Valsemølle.
